Ashbridge Capital's ambitious restoration of The Station is set to transform one of Newcastle's most treasured historic assets into a vibrant hub of hospitality, retail and community activity. Heritas is providing heritage consultancy to support the high-quality restoration of the precinct's significant buildings, ensuring the integrity of the historic fabric is maintained as new life is brought to the site. The project will deliver a carefully curated mix of uses including restaurants, bars, specialty retail, boutique accommodation and a new top-floor function space, alongside ongoing activation of the outdoor spaces for community and public events.
